Here at Rarity Found one of our key objectives is to widen the gap between aspiration and success, we host tournaments that allow players to gain experience, make a name for themselves with our production including casting, streaming, and promoting matches, have fun, and win big. At Rarity Found, we host internationally, wherever you are in the world, we want you to have the chance and get on board. As we move forward, we plan to give players the chance to get coached, trained, and seek valuable advice from some of the leading players in that field. We want to better playability, experience, and production for people entering the scene.
As the tournaments are now in a stable position, we are actively moving forward in reaching out to a large scale of competitors and organisations allowing us to increase our popularity and giving us more exposure.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Esports Management team and also the Tournament directors to make sure we are reaching the right people
- Reaching out to Teams, Communities & Competitors to increase the popularity of the tournaments and also to increase sign ups
- Build a strong connection within the community
Requirements
- MUST be well connected within most main esports such as Valorant, CSGO, Rocket League, Overwatch & more
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Great time management and to be able to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- Well organised and a good communicator
- Be confident and comfortable using Discord & Trello
