Head bartender runs a successful bar, bringing attitude and value, providing leadership and coordination to our bar staff.

You are responsible for:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Develop new recipes, and plan bar menu
• Manage cash drawers
• Manage customer identification check program
• Facilitate special occasions such as parties and events
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused, nurture an excellent guest experience, and solve customer complaints
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Your qualifications:

• Proven background of operational experience in a similar role
• Willing to work in a friendly and value adding atmosphere
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
