As part of its development and for its next ambitious productions, QUANTIC DREAM is seeking a Producer/ Project Manager in charge of the development of a large scale AAA title.

With a successful previous experience in a similar position, you have an excellent knowledge of the different phases of production for a AAA video game. You must be able to deal with the planning and the daily management of resources and follow-up of development tasks for both technical and artistic profiles. In addition, you will provide regular updates on the tasks and if they are going as planned.

Accomplished manager with excellent communication skills, you know how to lead wide multidisciplinary teams, anticipate difficulties and advise convenient solutions in order to overcome them. Even if you are experienced, you are always willing to learn more in a stimulating environment; you are open-minded and you will be willing to contribute to the foundation of this project, to our production pipeline and to our team with your knowledge.

As leader, you will be able to show a great rigor and enthusiasm to accompany and to optimize the efforts of a very high level team on an ambitious achievement, in close collaboration with the Director/ Creative Director, the Production Director to which this post is attached, Production Managers and Directors.

Required skills

  • Graduate of a Master’s degree (Engineering, business or similar school) with a specialization in Project Management
  • You justify at least a first successful experience in the development of video games to an equivalent position
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project (or similar)
  • Autonomous and rigorous, real manager and team leader
  • Very strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Professional and positive attitude, great spoken and written communication
  • Having a fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
