QUANTIC DREAM is looking for a Lead Game Designer for our next ambitious AAA game project. As a Lead Game Designer you will collaborate in the creation of the basic concepts of the game, and will be responsible for the design and fine-tuning of playability. You will be working on an ambitious and innovative project based on interactive narration on a next-generation console. You are creative and enthusiastic, a good communicator, with a successful track record demonstrating your ability to imagine the mechanics of games and to implement them. You are capable of managing a small team in collaboration with scriptwriters, and of working in an AAA studio.

You are experienced, curious and eager to progress in a stimulating environment; you want to adapt your experience to the specific features of this project; for you, working on an ambitious and original project is key.

Required skills

• You have at least some successful experience in a similar position in an AAA studio.
