Your Mission

  • Field requests from partners, and work with internal teams to fulfill them. Track and report on the status of all requests.
  • Participate in weekly status calls with key partners.
  • Compile and deliver seasonal product look-books to gamers, esports athletes, and esports organizations.
  • Attend gaming and esports events and support partners as needed.
  • Attend photo/video shoots and support partners as needed.
  • Sort and deliver product (footwear, apparel, and accessories) to partners via courier.
  • Coordinate with product teams on the design, delivery, and invoicing of new product.
  • Support the PUMA marketing, PR, and leadership teams as needed on gaming-related activities.
  • Keep up with the latest news in gaming and esports and flag relevant news items in real-time to the marketing/PR teams.
  • Role reports to Teamhead, Digital Marketing
  • Assignment is estimated to be 3-6 months

Your Talent

  • 5+ years’ experience managing client/customer relationships in any capacity.
  • Proficiency managing complex projects and delivering against tight deadlines.
  • The ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Understanding of gaming and esports landscape
  • The ability to be flexible as situations change and needs shift.
  • Unflagging dependability and superlative communication skills are a must-have.
  • Role may require limited domestic travel
