The person we’re looking for this position will be responsible for creating sustainable ways to maximize the lifetime value of our players by conducting and coordinating a number of activities related to marketing, analytics and live operations between different teams and agencies. They will help CIS team in user acquisition and streamlining of the execution of marketing plans, Social Media activations and sales.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the publishing of PUBG Family products in CIS region, you will be tasked with supporting continuous operations of various products and will interact with Product management team as well as CIS Part Lead in order to drive performance of such products in the region

Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point

Direct positioning of our games in the market and perform continuous competitors’ analysis, as well as other requested research on the market and region to always be up to date with what’s working best for the brand locally
Work together with CIS Part Lead on marketing budget and campaigns to increase engagement, retention and monetization, based on a deep understanding of game metrics

Obtain or possess insights into customers’ usage of current products, unexplored opportunities and buyers’ behavior, through sales data and in-game analysis

Coordinate interactions between regional part and third parties to improve the performance and/or increase market and social media presence
Measure the success of product features after release and report on ways to optimize their performance to the management

Skills & Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of monetization and marketing experience in gaming industry
  • Possess a deep understanding of the regional ecosystem, industry trends and players
  • Broad experience in product publishing, analysis, and ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior influencing skills, coupled with the ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships with third parties, including agencies
  • Well-developed quantitative skills and a history of making data driven decisions. Must be flexible and able to deal with ambiguity regularly
  • Passion for figuring out how game economies work and change
  • Experience in coaching other team members in best practices for their personal and professional development
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Korean speaking is a big plus
  • Creative vision for directing creation of marketing campaigns and assets
  • Experience with social media campaigns
