We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Game Development, Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more.

Our office is situated in the Amsterdam Arena area, a buzzing business hub in the southeastern part of the city. Accommodating some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies, the area also transforms at night into a popular social destination. Not far from our office, you’ll find iconic venues such as the Ziggo Dome, Heineken Music Hall and Johan Cruijff Arena – home of Ajax Football Club.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with our fan base for multiple titles across Europe
  • Develop and manage various community platforms for different communities (mobile, console, PC)
  • Create and publish content on our official communication platforms with high level of quality and timeliness
  • Plan and execute community projects, including online/offline events, promotions and marketing campaigns to excite Krafton fans
  • Develop innovative plans, programs and strategies to increase the reach of communication and community engagement
  • Collaborate with partners (fan-sites, influencer and other relevant parties) to promote our communication efforts
  • Manage and analyse performance/progression of our official communication platforms
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback based on monitoring, analysing communication and community channels
  • Deliver regular community updates to other teams informing of community sentiment and reactions (verbally and as reporting format)
  • Monitor and drive conversation on all Social Media
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

What we’re ideally looking for:

  • Several years of experience managing communities for different game titles and various platforms (PC, console, mobile)
  • Solid understanding of the EU gaming market and its players
  • Social Media experience using Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Steam, Twitter etc.
  • Deep understanding of the game mechanics of Shooter and Battle Royale games
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Active gamer


  • Other European languages
  • Project Management Certificates
  • Esports experience
  • Experience with various Social Media Reporting tools
