Brand Partnership and Licensing Manager

Brand Partnership

  • Responsible for developing, negotiating and executing integrated marketing and brand partnership strategies
  • Identify culturally relevant brands in the marketplace to increase overall exposure of IP
  • Collaborate with internal teams on development of program strategies, solicitation materials, and execution

Licensing

  • Direct and manage the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies for key licensing product categories across Hardlines & Softlines including Toys/Collectibles, Gift & Novelties, Apparel, Housewares, Publishing, Game Peripherals, etc.
  • Collaborate with licensing partners on go-to-market strategies, retail & product development
  • Actively manage and motivate licensees to execute against licensing program, retail development plans, and franchise goals
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure quality, brand consistency, and product execution
  • Build and direct the execution, tone, and vision of specific licensing categories to drive revenue growth

Qualification for application

  • Strong understanding of culturally relevant brands and experience in developing fashion brand collaborations
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams (such as development, creative, marketing, legal, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to evaluate and identify best-in-class licensees and partners
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Seasoned and skilled sales and deal negotiator
  • Knowledge and skill in developing strategic business plans and budgeting
  • Ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
  • Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication and presentation skills
