Description

PTW is looking for a Video Games Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is someone ambitious, enthusiastic and result-oriented salesperson with a proven track record in sales, a history of surpassing target expectations and winning new businesses. You will be responsible for crafting your sales plan, developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently delivering results. Plus, you have a great team to support you!

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating business within the North American Video Games and Technology Market
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with lead generation activities, client meetings, trade shows, presentations, etc
  • Work with our North America Sales team to expand PTW’s client base
  • Work collaboratively with the international Delivery Teams
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and prospects
  • Own the sales process from start to finish
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying up to date on industry developments
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and plans

Requirements

What we’re looking for

You

  • Have 3+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, ideally selling managed or outsourced services in one or more of our service lines
  • A successful track record as an individual sales contributor that consistently meets and exceeds targets
  • Excel working within a collaborative and multinational environment
  • Work independently, define your vision, get supporters and see it through to fruition – we value people that treat their work like they are running their own business
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Keep up to date on industry development to identify trends and opportunities
  • Have a friendly disposition, tact and compassion
  • Love to get things done and can manage competing priorities effectively
  • Are flexible and adaptable to continuous change
  • Can travel up to 25% of your time
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English - other languages are always a plus!

Bonus points if you have 3+ years working in the gaming industry with:

  • An existing network of contacts in the gaming and technology industries
  • Experience in a video game production role
