Description
- Assist the Project Manager or Test Lead on delivery of QA projects effectively and efficiently.
- Support the creation and tracking of all QA project activities, progress, and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as functional team managers and vendors to deliver projects successfully including but not limited to requirements gathering and organizing project meetings.
- Review/adapt functional test plans for project needs.
- Create and maintain QA testing guidelines and instructions.
- Review resource requirements to support current and forecast future project needs.
- Maintain process standards and may provide training to staff to ensure adherence to all guidelines.
- Assist to ensure that all clients’ projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Proactively search for areas to improve and seek to increase client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Possess academic qualifications & professional certifications in QA and Testing.
- Project experience in OTT / Media & Entertainment will be beneficial.
- Understand the domestic distribution process and workflow of various types of games.
- Familiar with the QA standards of each game platform.
- Preferably with experience in project management.
- Good client management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and versatile.
- Proficient in MS Office, localization tools, bug database reporting and management.
- A passion for gaming and expertise in playing games in various game genres, both online and offline is highly beneficial.
- Willing to commit to work during weekends and public holidays if needed.
- Experience in assisting to lead a small to mid-sized QA team.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in English. Any additional Asian language will be beneficial.
- Meticulous team player with a results-driven personality.
- Equipped with appropriate urgency to suit operational demands.
