This is an exciting opportunity to be part of PTW’s Player Support Client Service Team. You will be accountable for learning and understanding various CRM technologies and applying your expert knowledge and knowhow to support some of the biggest brands in the gaming world. The strongest candidates will have experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM platforms based on an assessment of client needs and opportunities to deliver efficiencies.

The is technical role which requires experience in designing, implementing and configuring. We are looking for an experienced candidate with a sold technical background, able to develop and maximise the capabilities of specific systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed product knowledge and understanding of CRM products, including all features, configuration, workflows, and interfaces.
  • Build strategic relationships with CRM suppliers, providing feedback and influencing product roadmaps based on customer needs
  • Spend time with customers, sales, and delivery to share product knowledge and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Identify and execute specific optimization opportunities to improve service delivery processes through maximizing CRM product capabilities
  • Work closely with Product Leads of other areas to understand opportunities for extensions and integrations that can improve service delivery
  • Define and deliver projects through shared development resources
  • Build knowledge of customer service KPIs and how to deliver improvements through CRM technology and processes

Requirements

  • Product experience: 4+ years of PM experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce or HelpShift – preferably all 3
  • Experience managing remote development teams
  • Understanding of Customer Service, ideally within a gaming company
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with and presenting to customers
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
