Requirements

  • Passion for E-Sports industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing (or similar field) or Sports Management. Performs other duties as required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years prior sponsorship sales experience, experience in a marketing position with a consumer brand, agency, media/sports property or similar position in a pro-sports team or league preferred.
  • Proactive, high energetic approach and drive to sell.
  • Strong verbal and written communication standards

​RESPONSIBILITY

  • Building sales proposals: Including but not limited to the sponsorship plan, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plans.
  • Produce all prospecting documents including presentations, proposals and agency templates for distribution
  • Executing sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales processes, following high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in Marketing & Sales
  • Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and sponsorship deadlines
  • Manage sales pipeline through Customer Relation Management
  • Manage contract process with sponsors/ customer
  • Evangelize esports and Mineski Event Team to brands and agencies
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
