What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive management and their reporting teams.
In This Role You Will
- Be a strategic member of the Psyonix leadership team by staying on top of team priorities and proactively engaging in ways to help the team meet objectives.
- Manage projects on an ongoing basis (ex. updating tracking sheets, setting goal review meetings, updating stakeholders on status proactively, etc.)
- Heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings
- Plan off-site and team-building events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Maintain contact lists
- Take accurate minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items
What We're Looking For
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Expert PowerPoint skills
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks without oversight
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software
- At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience working in gaming, entertainment, technology, or communications fields is preferred
- College degree, preferred
