Proxy operates at the intersection of gaming, esports and live streaming culture. We are cultivating relationships between innovative brands and gaming’s finest talent. Our goal is to supercharge the creator economy around the world by developing business on behalf of our talent and assist brands in entering the market with an impact. As an influencer agent you will be responsible for scouting, signing and onboarding new talent while executing partnerships, sales, and branding for clients we represent. You will nurture relationships with content creators, industry-related executives, external brands and key shareholders in the ecosystem we work closely with.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the Twitch, Youtube, Instagram and the creator ecosystem. You have a pulse on new industry trends and opportunities.
  • Executing creative campaigns and talent activations around tight deadlines. Fast turnarounds are the lifeline of our industry.
  • Experienced in working with gaming / digital creators and running marketing campaigns with different shareholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn and a hustler attitude. You walk the walk
  • Extremely organized and great communication skills are a must. You will be detailed and proactive in following up with clients and team members and assist throughout the entire process of delivering on campaign arrangements.
  • A curious and open mind with the ability to communicate ideas clearly. Strong phone, email and professional skills to maintain the high standard of our agency and all its partners are expected.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure all feel natural to you. You are a teamplayer and have a strong sense of urgency to get even minor details done.

Strongly preferred:

  • You already have an established book of business
  • Existing roster of gaming & digital talent or previous roster of gaming & digital talent
