Overview:

As an Account Coordinator at our agency you'll be part of a fast growing media start up led by industry veterans. We are able to facilitate personal and professional growth in a high pressure environment in a fast growing industry. We provide the ability to shadow the industry's leading agents and will provide you with access and insights into esports and gaming’s most innovative and cutting-edge transactions. You will learn how to operate and take lead on projects and be provided with enough responsibilities and freedoms to make impactful decisions on your own.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the Twitch, YouTube, Instagram and creator ecosystem. You have a pulse on new industry trends and opportunities
  • Experience in executing creative campaigns and talent activations around tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn and a hustler attitude. You are taking matters into your hands and don’t ask for permission before getting things done
  • Extremely organized and great communication skills are a must. You will be detailed and proactive in following up with clients and team members and assist throughout the entire process of delivering on campaign details
  • A curious and open mind with the ability to communicate ideas clearly. Strong phone, email and professional skills to maintain the high standard of our agency and all its partners are expected.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure all feel natural to you. You are a teamplayer and have a strong sense of urgency to get even minor details done

Typical duties include:

  • Managing of day to day schedules, assisting on creative projects, create spreadsheets and decks, curate post campaign reports and keeping track of everything post-sales related
  • Serve as the lead day-to-day POC for advertiser/ad agency and client relationships on campaign management.
  • Frequently monitor & report campaign status to key stakeholders – including external and internal campaign updates, recaps & useful insights, screen grabs, and video captures.
  • Present insights, data & campaign metrics during client meetings and/or account reviews.
  • Support billing efforts for our clients from invoice to collect
