Proguides is looking for a new competitive Fortnite script-writer to work on the main ProGuides Fortnite Tips & Tricks You Tube channel.
ProGuides is an esports learning startup that helps gamers play with pros. We partner with some of the best professional and high-ranked players across titles like League of Legends, Fortnite, Super Smash Ultimate and more to make exclusive video guides and live coaching.
We’re looking for a skilled scriptwriter to build our team of writers at ProGuides. This channel will be based around competitive Fortnite content, creating in-depth guides, tips & tricks and competitive breakdowns of pro play.
Responsibilities
- Create 1-2 ~scripts per week for YouTube videos.
- Stay up to date with the Fortnite competitive scene.
- Come up with new, interesting and informative video ideas.
- Complete various writing tasks upon request.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of professional writing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to research.
- Must have at least year of competitive, or high ranking Arena, play under your belt.
- Ability to write interesting hooks and introductions.
- Ability to produce clean long-form copy.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Impeccable time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience creating content for YouTube is a plus.
- Experience writing.
Compensation
- $100.00 - $150.00 USD per script depending on experience.
