ProbablyMonsters Family of Studios is developing 3 simultaneous AAA games in multiple genres. Since our launch in 2019, we have built 3 teams. Firewalk™ is working on a new multiplayer game to be exclusively published by PlayStation. Cauldron™ is developing a single-player, adventure-driven game and our RPG Team has a next-gen open-world experience in progress.

We are looking for a world-class GM Consumer Marketing to lead our cross-functional marketing group spanning Product Marketing, Product Planning, Community Management, Integrated Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Content Creative Services for the ProbablyMonsters brands globally. This executive role reports to the CEO and holds the group’s P&L responsibility.

What You Will do:

Leadership

  • Hire and grow your team by instilling clarity of goals and championing a culture of excellence
  • Guide multi-discipline teams towards a unified ProbablyMonsters brand vision and objectives
  • Build positive relationships with partner marketing teams focused on delighting players
  • Set topline KPIs for game and company-wide marketing efforts and manage all budgets

Consumer Marketing

  • Drive product innovation and go-to-market strategy for all our game platforms
  • Lead consumer insights and product planning by driving market potential analysis, optimal pricing, launch sequencing for all games, and evaluating new games marketability
  • Develop and launch industry-defining marketing campaigns worldwide and lead omnichannel efforts that bring new players for our games and increase engagement for existing games
  • Budget optimization for all marketing investments
  • Lead and grow a team of community ambassadors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must understand live games with frequent releases of new content and analytics-based decision making
  • 6 years of end-to-end business and operations leadership including product and brand marketing, product planning, regional expansion, PR, creative content deployment, community, and consumer research
  • 5 years leading teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle: brand storytelling, building innovation product pipelines, and live-service marketing
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play acquisition, retention, and monetization KPIs
  • Experience in consumer goods, video games, or entertainment industries
  • Global, regional, and local brand building experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA is preferred.
