We are looking for a Game Client Engineer, Test (Unreal Engine 4) to empower our QA department. In this critical role, you will become an expert in the game systems implemented by our studios and use that expertise to help QA build plans to test those systems efficiently, and also create the necessary in-game tooling necessary to execute on those plans. This requires the ability to both quickly learn foreign code and to interface/empathize with QA.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn the game systems built by our studios to help QA test them effectively
  • Engage with QA to determine what tools are necessary for them to validate the quality of our games efficiently
  • Empower QA teams by evaluating and acquiring the necessary tools to make them effective
  • Evaluate and integrate automated test frameworks
  • Collect/expose data about tests to help QA prioritize test suites

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least four years of experience building tools and game functionality inside of Unreal Engine 4 using C++
  • Demonstrated experience learning game systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of the QA process
