Lead of Sales

The salesperson is responsible for ensuring and contributing to the company’s increased sales, with a focus on serious and secure contact with potential customers and partners. Working with the marketing manager and business developer to adjust product portfolios and offers such that they work for both new and existing customers.

The salesperson is responsible for the following tasks and areas:
- Reaching out to both new and existing customers
- Setting goals, as well as following up on and analyzing these goals
- Creating new contacts and expanding the network
- To keep oneself up to date with the company’s function as well as the branch so as to adjust product packages
- Taking care of existing contacts
- Securing the contacts necessary for the role
- Maintaining a serious level of communication with both internal and external contacts
- To partake in events and at conventions as necessary (as is allowed by opportunity and time restraints)
- Drawing in of sponsors and partners to conventions and events
