Looking for Sponsorships Sales Associate

Loaded is in pursuit of an Associate of Sponsorship Sales for its growing influencer sales business who will be responsible for filtering inbound business requests, managing all aspects (solicitation, ideation, proposing, closing) of new opportunities for small business and influencer sponsorships, as well as supporting the broader sales staff as necessary. This is an entry level role which will be overseen and mentored directly by the VP of Sales. The Associate will be able to heavily leverage Loaded’s existing network and experience with the aim of building an Associate who is self sufficient in this position and over time able to grow into a more senior sales role within the organization.

On any given day you might...

  • Filter, delegate, and respond to inbound business requests
  • Attend industry events to network, evangelize, and onboard new potential business
  • Utilize existing sales staff network or develop new leads to solicit new sponsorship opportunities for influencers
  • Listen to potential clients, identify their needs/KPIs, and assess the likelihood of our ability to create partnerships which will satisfy all involved parties (Loaded, talent, brand)
  • Ideate and present forward thinking sponsorship solutions to brands which lead to new deals and partnerships
  • Oversee contract creation and execution
  • Maintain relationships and (passively) oversee account fulfillment targeting additional sales and strong renewals
  • Support the broader sales staff in all aforementioned responsibilities

Ideally you have...

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of work experience (part or full time) in a customer service or sales related field
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A deep passion for a variety of video games, esports, and gaming influencers
  • Open mind with a great desire for mentorship
  • A large propensity to work with others and a sense of responsibility to group success first

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (based on experience) annual salary + commission
