We are on the hunt for a User Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the data and creative teams, you will have the ability to make sense of numbers in order to generate more users onto our games.
The role:
On the back of our continuous, and now boosted growth Popcore are on the lookout for a Chief of Staff. As CoS you will play an essential role as communicator, linking the leadership team and the broader organization by supporting the founders in such ways as below.
What you will do:
- Assist the founders by structuring and building upon actionable tasks to alleviate time and workload. Communicating the aforementioned in a timely and personalised manor to the different stakeholders, in whichever format needed; be it - 1on1’s, presentations, excel etc to further shape the strategy and company
- Help in shaping strategy and determining the key factors for continuous success i.e. culture, planning, delegation etc
- Be a part of big decisions, including and not limited to company org structures and senior management support
- Making time, information, and decision-making more effective
- Identify and preempt problems so that action can be actioned efficiently
- Assist the founders and senior executives in navigating through new and pending ventures and or problems
- Coordinate special projects and drafts presentations and other materials for board meetings, investor conferences, and employee meetings
- Work closely with the heads of business development and R&D on varied projects, be it talent, growth or acquisition
- Define project plans, establish goals, and coordinate development and implementation against those goals
What we are looking for:
- MBA or/ and management consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree within Business, Computer Science or related field
- Must have a passion for games and emerging technology Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal with excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective administration skills
- Experience guiding day-to-day operations within a large dynamic office
- A personal focus on making time, information, and decision processes more effective
- The ability to connect and free up work streams for maximum efficiency
- Confident in working autonomously
- An excellent organisational mindset with a focus on preparation
- Can grasp and add value to the big picture vision
- Organisational and political intelligence
- Understand the importance of relationships and business culture
