Playwire Media is a full-service digital innovation partner that leverages online advertising and proprietary technologies to build publishing brands in the gaming and entertainment verticals.

To keep pace with our explosive growth, we are currently seeking a a Director of Yield Partnerships. As the Director of Yield Partnerships, you will manage and grow all demand partnerships with the goal of optimizing revenue. Leveraging your existing industry contacts to develop new relationships with DSPs and SSPs, you will be building a demand pipeline resulting in new incremental business across Display, Video, App, OTT, and any new lines of business. Responsibilities include striking partnerships with DSPs and SSPs, overseeing the relationships with each demand partner, engaging partners about new product offerings, negotiating contract terms, evaluating connection health, and growing spend for each account. Understanding the demand stack layers and how the pieces fit together (client side, server side, TAM, Open Bidding, etc.) is critical. This is not a management role.

Essential Functions:

  • Find and win new demand partners for Video, Display, Native, App, and all Playwire advertising solutions
  • Establish strong relationships and integrations with SSPs, DSPs, and Exchanges
  • Manage the onboarding process for new demand partners, from lead generation through integration
  • Develop a systematic approach for prospect follow ups to keep them moving through the sales funnel
  • Identify gaps in our demand stack and provide recommendations on how to address them
  • Optimize the current demand stack to ensure the most impactful demand partners are in rotation
  • Hunt down and participate in any new product offerings or beta programs with our partners
  • Negotiate contract terms
  • Ensure our partner connection health is maximized
  • Leverage a strong understanding of account growth tactics to scale active partnerships
  • Plan, develop and build Display, Video, App, and CTV demand stacks
  • Develop a fluid understanding of all active accounts and deals: rates, rev shares, and publisher mix

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
  • 4-6 years’ experience in advertising, marketing or digital media
  • In depth knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and Exchanges
  • Experience with contract negotiation
  • Experience with demand partner integrations
  • Experience working with partners Internationally to develop global demand footprint
  • Knowledge of display, video, app, and CTV spaces
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
