About the Role:
PlayVS is looking for a creative, analytical Growth Associate to join the Marketing and Growth team. This role will be responsible for the success of our performance marketing channels, as well as other key customer acquisition channels, to help deliver against Marketing and business KPIs. You’ll work closely with Creative, Data and Product teams across PlayVS to manage, track, test, iterate and scale campaigns. This role will report directly to the Growth Lead who oversees PlayVS’ user acquisition efforts.
What to expect:
- Manage, optimize and scale existing user acquisition campaigns across key performance marketing channels
- Launch new user acquisition campaigns across a variety of channels
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights, and execute accordingly
- Propose ways to scale existing channels while maintaining efficient ROI
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design creative which delight, informs and drives action
- Effectively communicate goals, strategy and results cross-functionally
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience managing performance marketing channels
- Analytically-driven with the ability to interpret findings and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and desire to work autonomously
- Comfortable taking risks
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams at PlayVS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for esports/gaming a plus
