  • Own Salesforce Customer Relationship tool
  • Implement best practices and processes throughout the Salesforce instance.
  • Maintain data integrity, data governance, and compliance
  • Configure Salesforce features such as user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, process builder, flows, custom metadata types, custom settings, managed packages and CPQ/SFDC Billing Clouds.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, plan and build workflows, lead flows, improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs
  • Manage and integrate 3rd party data so that data is easily accessible for all Go To Market teams
  • Participate in change management processes and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the QA testing process, including the creation of test cases and ensuring that new features being promoted work seamlessly in lower environments before launching in Production

What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Salesforce Developer I Certification
  • 5+ years experience implementing and developing in Salesforce technologies
  • Experience integrating 3rd party systems in Salesforce
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes
  • Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Experience building partnerships with business owners and technical partners to maximize efficiency and simplicity
  • Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
