Playtika is looking for a Product Manager Team lead to join the Marketing department and take part in leading the group that builds unique and cutting edge products, including tools and processes for Playtika's internal Ad-tech division, which provides User Acquisition, Retargeting and Ad-Monetization solutions globally.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Product managers
  • Coach the team for best practices and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for the roadmap of strategic and complex products
  • Coordinate the different disciplines in the company and 3rd parties to deliver projects with high quality and on time
  • Work in collaboration with R&D and other leads in the department
  • Know the business - Collect requirements from internal customers, process them into a prioritized backlog.
  • Technical understanding of the products and the proposed solutions
  • Research for solutions in the ad tech domain
  • Perform as Product Manager in an Agile environment when required

Requirements

  • Experiance of managing product team – Must
  • 8+ years of experience in technical Product Management - Must
  • Experience with B2B products
  • Familiar with software development life cycle
  • Good presentation skills
  • Well organized with an ability to provide management status of the road map and multiple projects
  • Prior experience in online marketing as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer – a big advantage
  • Development background - Advantage
  • System analysis skills - Advantage
