Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Strategic Planning and Development Manager in San Mateo, CA to develop long-term corporate strategy and recommend growth opportunities in the gaming industry.
Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience evaluating current and historical financial data to support key strategic decisions. Prior experience must also include three (3) years of experience developing and documenting the M&A process; creating complex financial models, including fully operating models for NPV, DCF, and IRR analysis; developing, coordinating and implementing financial plans to facilitate deal processes and capture new opportunities; analyzing industry developments and key business trends and metrics; performing data analysis to forecast the potential returns of different business models; performing quantitative and qualitative financial analyses, contract evaluations, and returns analysis for investments; and in performing duties, utilizing CapitalIQ and Excel VBA Macros.
