Sony Interactive Entertainment is looking for a creative operations manager to be part of the team that drives loyalty and engagement programs. This team is a cornerstone for how PlayStation deepens and sustains players' relationships with our platforms and brand.

In this role, you are responsible for the creative workflow that sources, tracks, and fulfills the creative needs for the operations team to run player loyalty and engagement campaigns. This includes managing the creative budget, coordinating campaign assets, writing campaign descriptions, and leading the creative operational workflow (may include internal and external creative teams) to support the campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage art assets from creative teams, write simple campaign descriptions, coordinate legal approval, and facilitate copy localization
  • Lead creative budget and vendor costs
  • Liaise with the creative services team to ensure assets and creative components are delivered in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the loyalty analytics team to align creative assets with campaigns
  • Work alongside the operations teams to deliver assets as part of the workflow for publishing campaigns
  • Optimize workflows for operational efficiency

Skills and Capabilities

  • Highly organized, with excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet delivery dates to keep operations running efficiently
  • Able to identify workflow opportunities and proactively pursue solutions
  • Ability to handle a high volume of creative requests and multiple campaigns
  • Flexible, professionally mature, proactive approach
  • High levels of personal motivation to further your skills, experience, and business knowledge

Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 7+ years of experience within the creative services or marketing operations, in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience with project management systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global environment
