As part of the Global Marketing department, Global Creative Services (GCS) is the in-house agency with a primary focus on the guardianship of the PlayStation brand. We strengthen the PlayStation visual brand and messaging by strategizing, developing and executing on a broad, multi-channel scope of work, including brand visual identity, product and packaging design, experiences, campaigns, software and service launches as well. Our goals include increasing communication and collaboration, improving time to market and deliver valued, in-house partnerships. The Resource and Project Management group are critical to our day-to-day operations and ensuring we deliver on those objectives for SIE.

Our Project Management function champions creativity through efficient, light touch integrated project management from inception through implementation. They are seen as leaders of process, communication, integration, efficiency, schedule and risk management in order to maximize high volume creative output and deliver against objectives.

Project Management Intern supports Integrated Project Managers to manage projects against scope, schedule and key milestones while escalating issues and risks that impede productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Support Integrated Project Managers throughout project lifecycle

  • Help create integrated schedules, track risks, and manage projects against scope

  • Project coordination to support integration, communication and collaboration across teams

  • Utilize Gantt scheduling tool in Wrike to track milestones and dependencies across integrated projects

Qualifications

  • Projected to graduate in 2024

  • Pursuing an undergraduate, graduate or certificate program in marketing, business operations, project management (PMP) or the like.

  • Experience or familiarity with agency models and/or process

  • Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts including process

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate
