Production Coordinator Intern

San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Production team by executing assigned tasks, typically by coordinating the efforts of the assigned resources to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.
  • Provide regular status updates to department lead(s), Project Manager, and Sr. Project Manager in the Production group.
  • Be detailed focused and ensure that information systems are kept up to date and accurate as directed by their lead.
  • Work with the members of the Production team to breakdown complex tasks into manageable sub-projects.
  • Communicate production or staffing issues as they experience them.
  • Able to take direction and fulfill tasks as requested or communicate to their lead in a timely manner.
  • Be able to provide the regular and accurate status updates of the tasks in their area of responsibility.
  • Maintain the required database to ensure the team has accurate and timely information from which to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 0-3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Enthusiastic and interested in learning in a technically complex and fast paced work environment.
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced and client facing environment.
  • Keeps cool under high-pressure situations.
  • Positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to improve their organizational skills.
  • Ability to focus and execute the tasks assigned.
