The Lobby Concierge will greet employees, visitors, vendors, and represent the company brand to all those who pass through the main lobby of the building. The successful candidate must possess a professional demeanor, the ability to balance a myriad of daily tasks, and display superior communication abilities. In addition, this position involves support for quick and effective response to Employee, security, facilities, and other related service needs.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE HIRED:

Formal Education, Licenses And Certifications Required

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
  • Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing

Type And Length Of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate office setting

Work History Must Include Demonstration Of

  • Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
  • Ability to work effectively under high stress situations
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask o Contributing positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks

Other

Specific Task or Responsibility

  • Provide friendly, cordial, and exceptional customer service for the business
  • Issue proper credentials for employees, affiliates and business guests; ensure employees, affiliates and business guests adhere to security badging polices
  • Act as the steward for all general building security desk operations
  • Answers calls, greets Employees, supports inquiries and all front-desk operations
  • Directly support security access control and visitor management; Internal and external customer relations
  • Assist in fostering a security-centric culture
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
  • Troubleshoot problems, gaps in services, and recommends solutions to Site Supervisor
  • Serve as key member of a site building/crisis response team
  • Handle other lobby security desk duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work area at all times

Decision Making Authority

Independent: Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

Indirect: Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management

Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
