Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
We are looking for a production leader to own one of PlayStation Studios’ mobile game projects. Joining a small but quickly growing team, you will own relationships between project stakeholders and execution of major initiatives on the project. You are an expert in mobile game development and live operations, will execute a framework for production support for both internal and external stakeholders and manage communication with senior executives.
You are organized, effective and a great communicator, who can lead a project with internal and external stakeholders. You have experience taking games from concept through launch and live operations.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of high-level business goals, and the means with which to complete them
Manage game project with internal and external stakeholders, influencing development planning, resource allocation, project planning, communication channels and other ad hoc requirements
Lead review, feedback, and approval process to ensure PlayStation Studios quality standards across project areas
Proactively identify process problems and collaborate with leadership to resolve
Report progress weekly, coordinate risks and mitigations and enthusiastically work to remove blockers
Build relationships with IP holders to ensure their needs are met across game project
What we're looking for:
Experience in a production leadership role at a high-profile mobile gaming company, ideally with well-known IP
Expert knowledge of mobile game development, from concept to sunset including ideation, green light, production, and live operations
Able to lead and manage large scale project
Outstanding project management and communications skills
Able to work independently to drive impact, and clearly communicate needs and context to leadership
Experience working with internal and external partners, and world-renowned brands, a strong plus
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin or Korean a plus
