Creative Account and Project Management Intern

San Mateo, CA

We are an in-house creative organization for Sony PlayStation® that specializes in marketing everything PlayStation® related. We are seeking a Creative Account and Project Management Intern to support the Account Management and Project Management Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account/Project Managers with the coordination of developing Marketing assets for Masterbrand, Hardware and Software Campaigns.
  • Keep project tasks and trackers up to date and monitor schedules to ensure that projects are created and delivered on time.
  • Support Account/Project Managers throughout the creative process including briefs/kick off, concepting, internal and external creative reviews, refinement and production
  • Coordinate meetings, create agendas and document live feedback.
  • Work with Account/Project Managers to help facilitate asset QC, ensuring notes are addressed or flagged for follow up and documented accordingly.
  • Work with internal designers and outside vendors to ensure Marketing assets are prepped to match standards and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree and/or within 1 year of their post-graduation date
  • Proactive, independent self-starter a must
  • Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, sense of humor, and delivery focused to get results!
  • Very organized with attention to detail, can prioritize a dynamic workload and successfully manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience managing projects and the ability to work collaboratively with others across a large global organization
  • Embraces change; maintains an open mind and is flexible and adaptable in the face of ambiguity
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite is a must
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator), video software, and MacOS is a plus
