We are looking for a self-starting DE&I Program Manager who is not only passionate about delivering DE&I solutions but obsessed with driving meaningful results that foster a culture of inclusiveness and belonging. The Responsibilities Include

  • Builds the team budget management and review process, including eNet expense approvals and providing budget updates
  • Leads contracting process with external vendors
  • Partner with CSR team to support the company and eNet diversity-related community outreach and volunteer initiatives
  • Manages and facilitates projects, as assigned. Includes developing detailed project plans, managing development and implementation of project results, supporting project implementation with change and communication plans
  • Conducts research and benchmarking on DE&I and analyzes and summarizes information on standard methodologies and makes recommendations for implementation
  • Crafts and manages intranet and website content
  • Develops marketing, communications to support project implementation
  • Leads multiple projects, including managing and coordinating results and project timelines
  • Prepares surveys, reports, presentations, evaluations to support DE&I initiatives and goals
  • designs, develops and delivers DE&I trainings and workshops

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise of DE&I from research, programs, implementation, strategies and opportunities
  • BS in Business Administration, Human Services, or related field or equivalent business experience
  • 4 or more years in diversity and inclusion work experience
  • 3 or more years of program management experience
  • Ability to perform work independently and achieve results on own initiative as well as be able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and fact-finding abilities
  • The ability to coordinate, prioritize and effectively lead multiple projects with various scopes simultaneously
  • Excellent workflow process and project management skills with the ability to set up and maintain airtight systems for tracking actions, communications and details
  • An established ability to make sound decisions on behalf of group or team
  • Excellent focus on customer service with a strong attention to detail while being organizational savvy
  • Travel as needed to support ID&I programs, events, and initiatives.
  • Capable of crafting and following a project plan through completion with minimal or no direction with strong personal initiative
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent influencing skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts and present them to key partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Builds innovative solutions to solve problems
  • Strong ability and proficiency with both Windows platforms, Microsoft Office suite, Google business applications; HR system software and/or SAP experience desired
