Role: Content Operations Assistant

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) exists to drive vision, strategy and execution for network services across the entire Sony Group, with a goal of offering consumers compelling, connected entertainment experiences across a variety of consumer electronics devices. Our work covers the provision of the services and the support of customers using these services.

Content Operations (part of PlayStation Store) is responsible for the operational maintenance of content (games and digital vouchers) across the PS Stores globally.

Role Overview:

The focus of the Content Operations Assistant role is on the creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of game and game associated products in PlayStation® Stores.

The Content Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that content is quality assurance checked as well as be a daily point of contact for any queries from other departments within the wider PlayStation® business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create, configure and deploy game and game related content on the PSN Stores in Europe.
    • Creation of SKUs;
    • Addition of product eligibility rules as required;
  • Ensure that content is Quality Assurance checked as required.
  • Ensure that construct of a product and associated assets (such as images, video and 'child' products) are accurate and intuitive for users.
  • Assist in the configuration and ongoing maintenance of PlayStation Plus content offering as required.
  • Assist in the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Special Offers as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues reported to the store regarding any game and/or game related products.
  • Set up of content for test (pre-release)

What we're looking for:

  • Time driven workflow coordination
  • Content management (CMS)/coordination experience
  • Data entry experience across multiple systems
  • QA/QC experience
  • Basic understanding of E-Commerce/Digital content environment
  • Experience of content schedules

  • A very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve consistently high standards of work
  • Excellent time management
  • Organised self-starter, with drive and commitment. Able to work with little supervision.
