Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) - PlayStation is continuing to build our Supply Chain team. This role is a Change Manager position in our Supply Chain organization, and it will support development of new process and system for new product introduction approval through the different forums (regionally and globally). This will include; understanding of the program managing new products launch in different business regions, process development and documenting, planning discovery sessions to scope requirements to support the system development and collaborating with cross-functional partners to supervise and provide achievements on different initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Accountable for support of a global system implementation for new product introduction
  • Identifying scope, SMEs and requirements to supervise milestones with cross functional partners
  • Clear communication of project status to different audiences
  • Supports Change management effectively through documentation and training of identified process
  • Supports the system development team by delivering all requirements through engagement with the teams in the different regions
  • Accountable for varied activities and milestones management across the E2E supply chain to achieve overall business objectives for a project, including commercial success
  • Drives functional and regional alignment on launch plans integrating with S&OP processes
  • Validates post-launch outcome and defines success criteria for successful implementation
  • Identify gaps in existing business processes and driving continuously improvement activities to close them
  • Provides transparency and escalates issues in order to manage troubleshooting and provides accurate Supply Chain resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management and/or Supply Chain Management
  • At least 7 years professional experience in leading New Product Introductions at a global scope
  • Proactive and hands-on approach for a fast-paced task tracking project
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate by distilling vital information to cross-functional partners and executives
  • Ability to quickly understand a process and translate it to a workflow while engaging different parties
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams such as technology, product, marketing, analytics and finance
