Team, about the role

We’re looking for a Senior 3D/2D Artist to join our Playables team. We value strong artistic skills and are open to artists who already work confidently with AI tools, as well as those just beginning to explore them and eager to grow. If you’re curious about new creative approaches and enjoy bringing ideas to life this might be a great fit!

Tasks

Preparing graphics for creative production (Playables);
Designing concepts for locations, scenes, and new assets, including characters;
Building locations in a 3D game engine and 2D Spine;
Creating 2D, 3D, and AI-based graphics;
Refining and optimizing existing assets;
Working within the pipeline and improving/restructuring it to meet product needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior 3D Artist;
Solid understanding of composition, color, light, proportions, and silhouettes;
Proficiency with tools:
• 3D – Blender or Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter;
• 2D – Photoshop;
• AI – ability to speed up workflows with AI tools, and interest in developing in this area;
Knowledge of 3D fundamentals, rendering, asset optimization, and game engines;
Previous experience working on game projects;
Genuine interest in the games industry, marketing expertise, and a good eye for creative trends.
