## Description

### About the role

We’re looking for passionate Match-3 players - Junior Game Designers who aspire to become **future Game Producers**! This is your chance to join an expert team, gain hands-on experience, and rapidly grow your career - even if you’re starting from scratch. At Playrix, you’ll create games enjoyed by **millions of players worldwide every day**. If you’re ready to turn your passion into a profession, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Playrix's team of game designers is a strong community of professionals. We set trends in the casual games market and strive to create top-quality products. Our decisions are based on expertise, creativity, and objective analytical data.

### Responsibilities

- Develop game event concepts and features
- Control the development process and planning of project development from the point of view of game design
- Develop internal economy and monetization of the game
- Analyze statistics and set high-level balance

### Requirements

- Interest in casual (especially Match-3) projects
- Understanding of the trends in the mobile gaming market
- Experience participating in game jams and contests

*In your application, indicate the number of Match-3 levels you have completed in our games, please*
### Nice to have

- 1+ years of experience as a Game Designer
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Art or relevant field

### We offer

- An opportunity for continuous professional development on an expert team of game designers and producers: we have a huge knowledge base and a mentoring system that allows you to adapt quickly.
- Virtually unlimited resources and access to leading specialists from any department to solve the most complex problems.
- Cross-product initiatives. For example, we are constantly experimenting with and introducing new technologies: AI to speed up pre-production and to calibrate the difficulty of levels using bots on neural networks, ML to introduce personalization of the gaming experience.
- The ability to move between areas and not only within one product (LiveOps development, new games in production, marketing creatives), and the opportunity to participate in the development of cross-product initiatives that reach the level of the entire company.
- The freedom to switch out processes and approaches for more efficient ones without lengthy approvals or bureaucracy.
