Design Manager

Playground Games is looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to oversee Forza Horizon's world-class design teams.

As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and leadership of the Game Design, Level Design and Car Handling teams ensuring that targets are achieved to the highest quality. As an experienced industry professional you will use your knowledge of game development and design to coach and mentor the designers to realise their full potential.

Your Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years' industry experience in game design, production or management positions
• Multiple high-profile published console titles
• Demonstrable skills as an inspirational leader and manager
• A strong knowledge of modern Game Design processes
• The ability to identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigations and contingencies.
• Experience with managing agendas and schedules
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for games
