The Marketing Department is the fastest-growing department at Plarium, and its focus is not merely to expose as many people as possible to our games, but rather to bring our games to true gamers through rigorous analytics! Our goal is to optimize our campaigns with the most effective combination of graphics, text and reach to make sure that our games reach those unique individuals who would enjoy them the most.

As a part of our Google UA team, you will be responsible for large PPC accounts. You will be expected to be hands-on of large-scale advertising budgets - to develop campaign strategy, conduct A/B tests, reporting and analyzing your activities, conduct market, and competitors research, as well as being creative.

Job responsibilities:

  • Setting, optimizing and scaling Google Ads mobile campaigns (UAC) in order to achieve KPIs
  • Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights
  • Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas
  • Run ongoing creative testing on different activity parameters
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPI's
  • Stay on top of technology and best practice
  • Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition and marketing ecosystem

Professional requirements:

  • 2+ year experience in Google Mobile Ads – Must
  • Proven knowledge in other PPC platforms – an advantage
  • Gaming industry experience – an advantage
  • Hands-on management of large-scale ($50K+) advertising budgets
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas)
  • Data-Driven mentality and Creative Capabilities.
  • Experience in ASO - an advantage
  • High motivation and fast learner
  • Self-motivated, reliable and responsible
  • Team player and a great communicator
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments with effective time-management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Fluent English – both verbal and written
