Plarium is looking for a talented hands-on Creative Copywriter to help us create best-in-class marketing and consumer-facing content. Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responsible for the ideation, scriptwriting, and co-production of impactful, broadly-appealing content in support of Plarium’s marketing and communication goals. This includes all marketing needs - from co-developing big campaign scripts for user acquisition and TV, integration concepts for influencer channels, to writing Google, Facebook and Taboola titles for testing.
  • Collaborate with design, animators, sound, and analysis teams in order to create and develop new creatives and concepts.
  • Work in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Evaluating creative content based on performance KPIs of each platform and with our game brands’ distinctive style and voice.
  • Staying up on trends and consumer culture relevant to our target audiences.
  • Read and understand game briefs and product bibles to ensure game accuracy, brand integrity, and key messaging
  • Assist with the planning and direction of voice recording sessions
  • Working with influencer marketing - Drafting briefs, ideas, and script-writing for any standard or out-of-the-box integrations with influencers.

Requirements:

  • English - native speaker level, proficient in recent American slang & customs - required
  • Strong portfolio or showreel - required
  • 2-4 years of experience in creative writing in advertising or marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Highly creative and imaginative, with a great understanding of current content trends
  • Strong creative writing skills, excellent grammar, and spelling mandatory
  • Good PC skills (Excel, Google Suite)
  • Ability to multitask in a multicultural, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to demonstrate comprehensive historical and current knowledge of the video game industry for the console, social, and mobile markets - an advantage.
  • Interest in gaming and the video game industry necessary - an advantage.
  • Strong background in gaming, fantasy, sci-fi, comic book, and other game-relevant creative material - an advantage.
