SENIOR PRODUCER

We are looking for a world-class Senior Producer to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: INFINITE FLEET

Infinite Fleet is an ambitious MMO strategy game. It is set in space in the near future, where humanity has expanded and established several colonies across nearby star systems. But a ferocious alien race - the Atrox - has been decimating the human race. As a player, you will be assigned the command of a fleet of next-generation spaceships that will help to turn the tide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee and optimize all elements of production, including the roadmap, budget, workflows, and processes
• Training and development of the production team to ensure all producers are enabling the rest of the team to work effectively
• Reporting to, and working closely with the Chief Creative Officer to ensure the vision of Infinite Fleet is being implemented effectively
• Act as the central information hub and clear out any communication blockers and misaligned expectations
• Lead, inspire and enable the Infinite Fleet development team
• Perform other related duties in line with assignments

ABOUT YOU

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position/with similar responsibilities, within the gaming industry
• You have spearheaded the production of and shipped at least 3 AA/AAA titles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are fluent in English and have the ability to explain and deliver accurate information
• You are a team player with excellent organizational skills. You are a leader passionate about video games, organized, and high detail-oriented
• It will be a big plus if you are interested in sci-fi, or have any experience in working with globally distributed, remote teams
