Job Title: Esports Marketing Assistant

Direct Report: Global Esports Partnership Manager

Work Location(s): Malta (Hybrid) or Asia (Remote)

Job Purpose:

The Esports Marketing Assistant will be responsible for working with cross-functional marketing teams within Pinnacle (affiliate, content, social media, partnerships, etc.).

The overall objective of this role is to ensure that each department has the necessary needs and requirements and to assist with the day-to-day needs and requirements of marketing campaigns, ensuring that each campaign has creatives, copy, and results delivered in a timey manner.

The Esports Marketing Assistant will work alongside the cross functional teams in-order to facilitate their needs, you will act as an initial point of contact related to Esports marketing enquires and will have the opportunity to work independently to lead and provide input on marketing activities.

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primarily work with the Esports marketing team to create, maintain and measure Esports related content and campaign, supporting cross-functional (namely Central Marketing) when necessary.

  • Support the creation of brand and marketing assets by briefing in requirements internal and external stakeholders, including Creative Services, Designers, and external agencies.

  • Create, monitor, develop and report on marketing campaigns through Google Analytics, inhouse reporting tools, and teams.

  • Conduct market research, utilising Pinnacle’s internal and external properties to understand customer trends from our marketing campaigns.

  • Analyse competitors and use your knowledge of the Esports industry, communities, and fans to ensure that we continuously meet and exceed consumer expectations.

  • Uploading and management of content to the company website.

  • Initial point of contact for enquires related to Esports campaigns and marketing.

  • Provide feedback when required on Pinnacle’s Esports marketing properties (such as, marketing material, and Esports hub)

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in iGaming, marketing, communications, and campaign management.

  • Experience using a CMS (Content Management System).

  • Experience briefing requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail – grammatical, proofreading and across creatives.

  • Strong communication skills – able to clearly feedback any potential issues

  • Analytical – able to pick up certain trends in data and present those trends to a wider audience.
