Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree from accredited college/university
  • 3+ years experience working in a full time role in any field
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Event planning and hosting experience
  • Proficient with Google Drive & Calendar
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Passion for gaming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years professional experience in esports
  • Experience managing house / apartments (RA, house manager, or floor leader)
  • Fluent in either: Korean, Spanish, or French
  • Training in fitness coaching / meditation / yoga
  • Background in Twitch streaming or YouTube content creation

Essential Job Functions:

  • You will move into the team house in Los Angeles, CA and manage the day to day operations for up to 8 players and content creators
  • Managing the house - scheduling cleaners, ordering furniture, planning excursions and dinners, enforcing house rules. Your housing will be paid for.
  • Managing the budget for the house
  • Resolving interpersonal issues between housemates and staff
  • Planning fun events and team building activities at the house
  • Coordinating with Marketing team to help produce content and establish brands for each player
  • Be an on camera presence for content

This position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills including: ability to foster collaboration, recognize and resolve conflicts, and openly communicate in writing and verbally with clients.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc; occasionally moves about inside the office to access storage areas, cabinets and office machinery; will be required to help set up furniture and perform light to medium manual labor tasks around the house; constantly communicates via telephone, email and in-person with others to exchange accurate information.

Work Environment:

  • The duties of this position are usually performed indoors, but will frequently involve travel. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-event times.
