Job Description

  • Perform as primary production support for the audio team’s efforts in creating immersive and impactful sound experiences
  • Work with the Lead Producer, Game Director, and department leads to ensure that audio pipeline, processes, assets creation and implementation are done on time
  • Represent the audio team as the main point of contact with all external partners involved in the audio pipeline
  • Participate in developing effective production pipelines to accelerate and de risk the audio production
  • Act as a conduit of communication, supporting collaboration across animation, art, design, capture, lighting, and cinematics departments. Track and communicate progress across the audio processes
  • Manage scheduling needs, productivity towards milestones, and overall production efforts. Take meeting notes and publish them to the team. Monitor budgetary considerations
  • Identify and help alleviate any discrepancies across development efforts. Keep track of dependencies and address red flags as needed
  • Partner effectively with other team members to support overall efforts of the department, and help define and encourage production best practices

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years’ experience in cinematics production for AAA video games
  • Delivery of over 2 AAA games as part of a production team
  • Experience with leading creative and technical teams with proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Expertise and understanding of the entire audio process, including sound design, audio engine implementation, music, dialogs and cinematics
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Wwise
