Parabellum Esports is looking to create a women's esports division in our organization.

In 2021, our teams goal is to have 40% female representation in our company in competitive esports, streaming, content creation & management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Find & Acquire Rosters in; Rainbow 6 Siege, VALORANT, CSGO, & other titles they feel we should expand in for the next years.
• Manage the teams within a budget.
• Communicate with Team Managers and Team Admin on upcoming events, changes, and needs.
• Find Managers for each team & work with them and the Parabellum Admin for GFX, Media, & assistance where needed.
• Ordering of merch / gear for players.

This is a Remote Position, or for Toronto Based individuals.

• Can work in person in our Facility when restrictions are lifted
• Pay will be determined in the interview rounds & based on location & availability

Experience

• 2+ Years experience in Esports or Team Management
• Experience OR Understanding of Rainbow6/CSGO/VALORANT
• Project Management Skills
• Organizational Skills
• Google Docs/Sheets/Forms
