What you’ll do

  • You’ll most directly support our Operations and Athlete Relations teams and help keep the entire company running as efficiently as possible. This role would include the following and more:
  • Manage weekly apparel shipments to influencers, brand partners, athletes and more
  • This the main responsibility of this role and a background in apparel is a plus
  • Support our Athlete Relations team by maintaining and updating our list of athletes we feature and their contact information
  • Assist with booking travel and expense reimbursements for full-time staff
  • Help plan and execute internal team-building activities such as quarterly film screenings and our annual OT Olympics
  • Provide support across the organization as needed
  • Assist with office management tasks, run errands and go above and beyond to recognize ways you can make life at Overtime better for everyone daily
  • Support our Talent and Human Development team, which may include posting job openings online, scheduling interviews and planning training sessions for staff
