Overtime is looking for a highly-organized, detail-oriented Manager to join our Content Operations team. In this role, you'll help manage Overtime's complex game coverage operation, which includes working with a network of videographers across the world to film basketball, football, and soccer games. The Manager will interface between our Game Coverage, Social and Video Production teams to help deliver innovative content experiences using footage from our network.

We publish our short-form content and long-form series across 7 platforms focusing on basketball, football, soccer, and gaming. What you'll do
- Recruit and manage a team of videographers who film all the athletes we feature worldwide
- Help determine our social media editorial decisions by watching game highlights and picking top plays
- Set up communication channels with our remote network of videographers
- Oversee game coverage, travel and logistics for special events, key games and tournaments including traveling to select important games as needed
- Create training programs and improve pre-existing ones for our remote network
Who you are
- You like (or love) sports
- Youβre beyond excited for the opportunity to work here
- 2 years of operations experience in content-related business such as online marketplace, e-commerce. advertising, production.
- Strong editorial voice - you know which highlights will pop
- Prior experience in hiring, managing, and scaling teams.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
- Excellent internal and external communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Ability to be proactive and work independently with minimal guidance.
