We're looking for a senior sales leader to join Overtime! As Brand Partnerships, Head of East, you will manage a team of Account Executives based in NY and covering accounts across the East Coast and Midwest. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong senior-level client-facing skills. You should have a deep understanding of top targets for OT and a point of view on how to accelerate growth over the next 12-24 months.

What you'll do

  • Have command of and be responsible for the growth of East Coast/MidWest brand partnerships team and revenue
  • Directly manage a team of Account Executives and indirectly manage Account Managers and Coordinators
  • Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and agency partners
  • Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives
  • Understand broad vertical trends related to sports, events content, media and modern publishing. Translate these into strategic ideas, plans and opportunities to drive growth of the business
  • Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members
  • Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • 12+ years experience in digital media space
  • Experience leading sales teams focused on client-driven relationships
  • Success building brands and monetizing content, events, and media
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
  • Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within sports/Gen Z vertical and advertising agencies
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
