As the Marketing Manager, you will bring incredible skills to brand strategy, social media, digital design and development, public relations, design, and lead and manage our merchandising exposure at all our events. While our primary and initial focus is on Performance & Social marketing, we’re also creating a dynamic consumer brand. Therefore, this role will contribute in all aspects of building a Brand.
The Growth Marketing Manager, focused on Overtime's growing commerce/apparel business, is responsible for developing and managing plans and strategies to test new marketing channels and turn them into consistent, reliable drivers of actionable traffic, new customers and revenue. You will use your understanding of the customer funnel and journey to make analytical decisions that generate significant impact to the growth of the overall business.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate and execute on the overall Go-To-Market strategy & Apparel business positioning.
- Create quarterly and annual strategic marketing plans, including annual budget.
- Accountable for effectively driving new customer acquisition through digital channels, with an emphasis on continuing to drive down our CAC, increase our ROAS and grow our contact base.
- Partner across commerce departments to deliver against revenue and other relevant business objectives.
- Lead email as well as SMS retention and acquisition strategy at Overtime, partnering with creative and content teams to execute.
- Create and own commerce marketing calendar in tandem with merchandising and content teams.
- Maintain creative assets across website in partnership with merchandising and creative teams.
- Work with external partners as necessary to execute commerce marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with members of the content and design teams to develop collateral and materials for promotion across all channels.
- Conduct frequent testing across all paid channels, reporting on performance and optimizing.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of online campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid social, paid search, organic, referral, affiliate, and video.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or other analytical field
- Minimum of 3 years working with direct-to-consumer, growth-focused environments in digital marketing
- Previous experience working with creative partners such as content and design teams
- Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook and Instagram
- Successfully worked in paid acquisition, social platforms - both organic placement and paid placement
- Highly proficient in CRM and contact strategy
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate performance, learnings, and ideas within the organization
- Experience in apparel, streetwear, or commerce and/or start-up experience preferred
