Reporting to the Director, Team Operations (EU) and working out of the Berlin office, the Coordinator, Team Operations is an integral member of the Team Operations (EU) team- supporting the LEC and VALORANT Team to help ensure their seamless day-to-day operation. The successful candidate must be based in Germany and enrolled in a German university. This position is part-time (approximately 20 hours/ week).

Requirements
Day-to day duties for this role will include:
Team & Player Services
- Support day-to-day operations and logistics of OAM’s teams, including but not limited to housing, travel, meals, scheduling, and training camps.
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining the schedule during the season via our communications platform (discord, Teams).
- Responsible for organizing and documenting team operations meetings. Including but not limited to preparing agendas, meeting minutes and action items as required.
- Work closely with the coaches to ensure players areas and team spaces reflect a high- performance training environment.
- Assist with players obtaining passports, work permits, driver licenses, social security cards, ect.
- Assist with player travel and the transition/ relocation of new players.
- Responsible for coordination of league travel and requirements.
- Assist with coordination of player appearances and business team initiatives.
- Attend events as needed to support our players and coaches at tournaments, matches and events.
- Coordinate and track inventory for all player equipment needs, including but not limited to PCs, uniforms, merchandise, and sponsor provided items.
- Maintain LEC / VALORANT industry knowledge and an understanding of the community and pro scene.
- Support players and coaches with other needs as required.
Financial and Personnel Administration
- Assist with monthly payroll and reconciliation for players, coaches and staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for all coaches and players.
- Maintain up to date personnel records to include contracts, job specific details, reports on player behaviour, tax/ benefit paperwork, ect.
- Keep a pulse on all player social media on a regular basis, to ensure organizational and partnership standards are maintained.
Qualifications and Critical Skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills ( both written and verbal) with the flexibility and experience required to adjust to rapidly changing schedules and shifting priorities.
- A hands-on problem solver and critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve, use good judgement, and keep information confidential.
- Motivated by highly collaborative, fast paced environments, with the ability to balance several projects simultaneously.
- Presents self in a professional manner and able to interact with all levels within the organization including players, agents and outside contacts.
- Ability to communicate articulately and confidentially with individuals at every level of the organization but verbally and written.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments both on the business and team side.
